Hook and Hinge

Are you tired of that aching back?

Do you wish you could remove that weight for good?

Do you wish knew exactly what to do when you exercise so that you’re getting the most good out of it?

Do you feel like you’ve tried it all? But never stick with it?

These questions are meant to ‘hook’ a prospect. They get the right person nodding “yes.”

If you create programs and offers for your prospects and clients based on goals or problems you know they have, you just have to take a good look at them and generate some questions that the perfect participant would answer “yes!”

Then describe the program and how it is different and unique. Point out specifically how the (e.g.) Back Care Bootcamp you have is different that everything else they’ve tried. If you get in their head, you’ll know for instance, they’ve tried almost everything if they have chronic back problems. They still have it and might figure this one too is a 50/50 chance it will work- which means they aren’t all that convinced they need to register.

Give them objectives that clearly state how you’re different!

  • Identify the underlying reason for back pain. What muscles have to fire first and how to make that happen.
  • Identify a progression you can follow and gain strength in deep core muscles.
  • Define a criteria for doing, not overdoing exercise.
  • Use the recent research of two of the most well respected researchers and authors in the world.

You get the idea. Use the formula for anything you either already have in place or for new programs you create. Whether you’re doing Pilates, weight loss, sports specific, or all of the above go over your steps for creating the copy about those programs carefully before you publish it everywhere!
